Viktor was rescued from a rabbit hoarding situation. I am fostering him temporarily until he goes to Heartland Humane in Corvallis, Oregon, where he will be up for adoption. He's awesome!!! Tremendous Kitty!! Go tell Heartland you saw Vik's video and want to adopt him! Viktor wants someone to love him forever.
