A new dessert called Dragon's Breath is popular with teens, but doctors say it is not the safest to eat.

But the dessert comes with a warning for a reason.

"It's just a cereal that we mix with liquid nitrogen and when you bite it you have smoke coming out,"

"If you eat it incorrectly and don't use the directions given you can burn your tongue, you can burn your esophagus, it can actually burn all the way down into your stomach,"
