Here we are in the Boyle Heights section of Los Angeles, which is just outside of Downtown LA.  Here, we are looking directly across the LA River at Amtrak California Pacific Surfliner 774, the thru Surfliner from Paso Robles to San Diego.  Today's consist is F59PHI 454 and 5 bi-level coaches.
