The Blender Game Engine originally was able to deploy for the Playstation One architecture. This video shows the demo CD made to attract investors to Blender. A working playstation with the demos running will be showed tomorrow during the Blender Conference 10th anniversary edition in Amsterdam. This recording was made in the Blender Institute a day before (today). The audio quality is not very good (mobile recording). But Ton Roosendaal gives a nice explanation of what you are seeing here, and some of the parts he did it himself. Update: I thought it was obvious that Ton didn't do the entire demo himself, but just to be crystal clear, this video was an informal recording for my personal youtube channel of some chat about times long past. It was by no mean intended as an accurate portrait of these projects, and credit should definitively be given where credit is due. As 'bespired' gracefully wrote in the comments: "Actually it was made by Enji. And Enji was Ton, Frank and me. There was also a Paul and a Rob. I made most of this robot game, not Ton. The pyramide game was made by Paul and Rob. There was also an IKA level that was mostly done by me." I take the full blame for any misrepresentation in the projects credits this video may have misleadingly propagated.
