(20 Nov 2018) South Korean Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha met US Forces Korea Commander General Robert Abrams in Seoul on Tuesday. Earlier in the day, Abrams spoke at a repatriation ceremony honoring soldiers who fought during the Korean War. Abrams became the new commander of US Forces Korea and UN Command in November, following General Vincent Brooks.
