On February 2, 2018, at 10:50 am, the victim, a 42 year-old male Temple University Security Officer, was on duty and walking north on the 3400 block of North Germantown Avenue when an unknown black male and a black female walked towards him. The male suspect demanded the victim's phone and then punches the victim one time in his face. Both suspects the fled on foot and were last seen north on Germantown Avenue then east on Ontario Street. The victim sustained a bloody nose, bruised and swollen right cheek, and a cut inside his mouth. Video of the suspects was recovered from a corner store.

Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: Black male, medium complexion, 5'8", 175 lbs, early 30 years-of-age, wearing a black jacket with hood, dark colored pants, and black shoes.

Suspect #2: Black female, dark complexion, 5'5", 140 lbs, late 30 years-of-age, wearing a black jacket with brown fur on the hood, blue jeans, and dark colored boots with white trim.
