The final installment on the All Terrain garden cart that I made out of a previous;y used pallet and some wheels from Harbor Freight , along with bolts and stuff from Home Depot and Lowes Home Center.
I finished it up and painted it high visibility yellow, so that it doesn't get hit by a car if its left in the driveway, and also to protect it from the elements.
