This is the best beet carrot oat corn muffin video on YT. It is also the only beet carrot oat corn muffin video on YT. I never ate beets before except pickled. I thought I would give beets a try as I heard they are very healthy to eat. I was amazed at how the bright beet color faded after baking. The muffins had a mild tangy aftertaste that was different and pleasant. I will try adding some molasses in the next batch along with some walnuts and raisins. Thanks for watching.
