WTF?? No audio when driver's window is down - 2011 Chrysler 200

All the audio would stop working if the window was in any possition except all the way up. Even a slight tap of the window down button would mute the audio. One of the strangest things I have seen. Ended up being the OEM speaker terminal had worn through the pain on the door panel and was shorting out causing the head unit to mute itself (protect). Seems like a design flaw to me.
