I've recently been uploading dozens of versions of this same clip to test video quality and dropping of certain elements. This video has the highest quality of any i've uploaded so far, but you may notice that the first few seconds of video are grayed out... the audio works fine. Here is the compression scheme i chose in the Mac app VirtualHub 1.27 320x240 mpeg 4 H.264 encoding Fit each video into 90mb Framerate: 15fps Extra ffmpeg flags: Best possible H.264 does anyone have any ideas as to why the beginning might be grayed out with mpeg4's?
