Samsung has announced the Galaxy S9 and S9+ at the MWC in Barcelona, Spain at a starting price of $720. They look the same as S8 but there are a lot of under the hood changes. At a similar price tag as last year, the new phones are surely to heat up rivalry. Cameras have got the best upgrade and then the Dex Pad.
