Today we are entering the so-called evolutionary bottlenecks that can lead to a significant loss of specimens of Homo sapiens. In addition, over the current financial crisis we have an economical, social, political and environmental lack of force. This is what is called "an structural and systemic crisis". At present, our company has all the elements that can lead to a path or progress towards a collapse. The future is in our hands. If we do not act logically and conscious act that is natural selection, and socialization of scientific and technological revolution, we have not yet metabolized, will affect negatively on society and the economy. If we want to avoid this situation, we must behave as hominids evolved and be able to work towards a new kind of consciousness. In this process, responsible for the development and progress are key points. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
