The first CFP Rankings are out and although 25 teams are ranked, not every team has a real shot to make the College Football Playoff. Although there are still several weeks to go, we’ve narrowed down the list of contenders to 12.

There are obvious teams in here, like the undefeateds of Alabama, Clemson and Notre Dame. Other SEC schools, like Georgia, LSU and even Kentucky are still in the mix.

In the Big 12 and Big Ten, there are only 2 real threats left: Oklahoma and West Virginia and Ohio State and Michigan. In the ACC and Pac-12, it’s down to Clemson and Washington State.

Elsewhere, UCF will be listed while they’re undefeated, but they have a nearly impossible task.

While some two loss teams are still technically alive, they need an absurd amount of chaos to sneak in. So, here’s a complete list of the 12 teams who can make the College Football Playoff:

Alabama
Georgia
Kentucky
LSU
Michigan
Ohio State
Notre Dame
Clemson
Oklahoma
West Virginia
Washington State
UCF
