Americans Share Nobel Prize for Economics

Two American professors have been awarded the 2009 Nobel Prize for Economics. Elinor Ostrom of Indiana University and Oliver Williamson of the University of California at Berkeley will share the $1.4 million prize for their work on organizational economics. On Monday, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences said their work can shed light on economic governance. VOA's Mil Arcega has more.
