The Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation once again thrills Downtown LA with four days of awesome stuff! Being a cosplayer myself it is very hard to get all of the footage that I would love to get. Someday I would love to just go and interview people. But I got to talk to Ejen Chuang the creator of the "Cosplay in America" book who was a super nice guy. He told me he wants other books to emerge, a true promoter of the community. I saw lots of awesome things but it always seems like there is never enough time to see it all. There was a dramatic drop it the amount of cosplay and I didn't really see anything amazing except for baby Chun Li and a 10 foot tall undead monster from WoW. Overall though I still loved the con, it never fails to amaze me. I got interviewed by a few different crews even one from LA times, or weekly cant remember....I wish I knew where to find that footage. Hope you all enjoy!
