Lee is a character that relies heavily on poking to open up counter hit opportunities and whiff punishment. He's not a great comeback character, but he does have some solid whiff punishers in f+2, 1 and f, f+3. One of the major downsides with Lee is that he has a very high execution requirement to convert off of some of his tools. 

d/f+1 is your primary mid poke.
d/b+3, and d+3 are your primary low pokes.
f+3+4 is a fantastic oki tool that is + on block with force crouch, and also both low crushes and floor breaks.
