CallNow is a jailbreak tweak for the iPhone that allows you to assign a specific phone number to an activator action. For instance, you can assign a "shake" action to CallNow, and whenever you shake your iPhone, it will prompt you to dial your favorite number.

To install this tweak, add the following repo to Cydia: http://qwertyoruiop.com and search for CallNow.

This is a free jailbreak tweak available on Cydia, and it is from the same developer that brought us Springtomize.

What do you think about CallNow? I kind of like it!
