There's only three enemy officers in this stage...but they're all buffed up a lot. This seems to be a call back to Wei's DW2 Chang Ban stage where Zhao Yun, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei were buffed up to the max. Only here it's Zhao Yun, Pang Tong, and Liu Bei that are buffed up. You'll have trouble dealing with pretty much all of them unless you've got some good stats. But if you can handle some tough fights, you're fine.
