--Overall Comments--

In this week's episode, Scootaloo creates a new fan club for a new group of elite flyers, The Washouts.  It turns out the new group is led by one of Rainbow Dash's old frienimies/rivals, Lightning Dust, who we haven't seen since season 3's "Wonderbolts Academy."

As you'd might expect, this episode is fill with electric guitar-driven blood-pumping hard rock.  The Washout's have their own extremely enjoyable electric guitar performance theme which we hear a few times throughout the episode.

Even with only 10 tracks, the majority of them are quite a bit longer than average, working to 1:30 to 2:30 each.

--Track Specific Comments--

After 5 seasons, Lightning Dust returns, and is now leading The Washouts.  The scene begins a short, bass-heavy motif which we had previously heard in season 3's "Wonderbolts Academy."

When Lightning Dust takes off her helmet and reveals herself, the chord used is the same as when she completed the Dizzitron in that episode as well.
