Hallig Groede is the smallest constituency in Germany,and therefore always the first to report its election results. There's no sign of voter disillusionment here. Turnout on the island is 
usually a solid 100 percent. There are,after all,only 13 people eligible to cast their vote. Nothing here is quite like it is elsewhere. Deutsche Welle takes a look at election preparations on the tiny island.
