My wife Shannon had been in the hospital and her sister and brother in law came from Boston to surprise her. She had NO idea they were in VA. My brother in law dressed up like a doctor with a surgical mask, cap, and gown. His face was completly covered. He used a fake accent and gave her an "exam". She had no idea it was her brother in law. If you pay attention, you can see my inlaws in the background holding back the laughter!!!
