Janez Podonik Director General, ICPE thanks Professor Mishra Conference Director IPE, all the chairs, panelists for the excellence for the organization in the international comforts. Janez thanks the potential responsers, the media responsibilities. The International centre for promoting the enterprise from Europe from Sabena to the International government for Organization. Janez narrates that they are happy and proud to be the organizer for the nation of council. Janez would like to phone the conference for the International centre in collaboration to the International bodies last year would develop the special the International CPP hub. The south is showing the research and promoting in promotion of the PPP efforts. This conference last year was organizing similar conference in Nigeria. The conference is being carried in Hyderabad and in the next year these are considered to be in Hyderabad in India. Janez would like to popularize three events. 1. Efforts for the PPP are leading at the all levels considering all the features of the Public levels. The PPP facilitates the constellations and regularizes the constellations. 2. A clear consistent stable Policy framework is required for the successful framework of Public Private Partnership put out from all the stages from pre-conservation stage. 3. Objective presentation of the benefits and threats of the PPP with the most effective address issues of the negative public image in certain countries.
