Boss battle with Nizbel II in the Tyrano Lair. He's actually easier than the first Nizbel in my opinion. Just keep using Lightning magic each round with Crono to lessen his defense, then unleash your best physical techs (Volt Bite is really good) with the other two characters every turn.
