Four people died of suffocation and 16 people were injured after a fire broke out in a high-rise building in Mumbai's Parel called Crystal Towers. The fire broke out on the 12th floor and rescue and firefighting operations are underway as many people are still feared trapped in the stairways and corridors. Fire officers say that fire safety norms were violated and the building was not given an occupational certificate.
