Ay up everyone (Hello in Yorkshire)! I can't believe it's nearly Christmas already! But one thing I love about Christmas is having time with family... the girls and I went to York at the weekend to see family and run Park Run for my brother Oscar's 100th Park Run (he's autistic and running has changed his life!). 
Another Christmas blessing is witnessing all the giving there is for charities. I went to a children's charity fundraiser which raised a whopping 50k over lunch (well done WACCL)...
