You know when an emergency vehicle is coming your way you move to the shoulder far right or out of the way. Vancouverites on the other hand are interesting creatures. Like Deer in a head light they freeze often confused on what to do in situations like these... Then this civic thinks he's a racer and blows by a construction zone with his mom and N sign intact.
