Sports Injuries Make up 40% of all ER Visits

Sports injuries are becoming more and more common in kids and adolescents. In fact, at least 40% of all emergency room visits for this age group are related to some sort of sports injury. Nationwide Children's Hospital has opened a new sports medicine center in Westerville that is especially equipped to help treat and prevent these sports-related injuries.
