Hikaru is a returnee student from Los Angeles, California currently attending ICU highschool. He has been a dancer most of his life, expressing the power of music and dance. Dance is a form of body expression, and throughout Hikaru’s life, it helped him in many ways. At TEDxYouth@Tokyo, he will be sharing the importance of body expression and how WE can improve it!
