The release final draft of the Assam's National Register of Citizens has ignited a massive political war. Out of the 3.29 crore people who have applied to become a part of the NRC, 2.89 crore were identified as valid citizens. More than 40 lakh citizens have been found to be invalid citizens of India. The opposition has targeted Modi Govt for failing to provide people with valid citizenship. Massive ruckus erupted in Rajya Sabha and Loksabha over the issue calling it an act against humanity.
