Chinese and African leaders discussed cooperation plans for the next three years at a day-long roundtable as part of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) on Tuesday. Chinese President Xi Jinping and his South African counterpart Cyril Ramaphosa chaired Tuesday's sessions. Xi and Ramaphosa had a pleasant talk during the break.
