How To Apply Eye Cream Vera Sweeney http://ladyandtheblog.com I went to the spa recently and got some great advice that I wanted to share. She taught me a better way to put on eye cream. I was just tapping it on but she told me to gently spread my skin to ensure that the cream gets into my wrinkles. Smart tip!!
