'Bloodied' Protester Arrested Outside New Cuban Embassy

At the ceremony to mark the re-opening of the Cuban Embassy in Washington D.C., one protester unleashed a 'paint bomb' from under his shirt, which he said symbolized the blood of Cubans shed by the dictatorship. The man, who expressed outrage at the normalization of relations between Cuba and the United States, was subsequently arrested. It is unclear what he is being charged with, but the red paint can be seen on the officers' clothing, vehicle, handcuffs, gun, shoes, and the ground.
