“In which Steve Rogers loses God and finds God and loses God, and also: Bucky” Heavily inspired by one of my top there Steve and Bucky stories: All The Angels And the Saints by Speranza. Quote taken from her story. I can’t believe I finished this in a day. Heard this song and the title made me want to focus on Steve’s guilt after the ice and his loss and loneliness. Honestly it’s astonishing how we haven’t had a scene where Steve breaks down.
