Ben Kane, Russ Whitfield and Anthony Riches are walking from Capua to the Forum in Rome in late April 2014, raising money for:
MSF - Médecins Sans Frontières was created in 1971, in the aftermath of the Biafran secession by a small group of French doctors and journalists who believed that all people have the right to medical care regardless of race, religion, creed or political affiliation, and that the needs of these people outweigh respect for national borders.

Combat Stress, founded in 1919 when the effects of what was then known as 'shell shock'were first becoming known, is a UK charity offering residential treatment to ex-servicemen and women suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other mental health issues.

Thanks to your generosity we were able to raise over £18,000 from last year's Hadrian's Wall Walk, and we're hopeful that we can do a similar amout of good this time round. Every £10 donation will, if you tick the Gift Aid box, turn into a £12.15 benefit to our chosen charities.

And just to make it a bit more interesting, we've decided to take a four man film crew with us to Italy, to ensure that every last little bit of blood, sweat and bad language is captured for posterity. There'll be more news as we get closer to the date, but for please be assured that the Romani Walk Italia is well and truly ON!
