This small utility for AutoCAD was developed more than 11 years ago and I recently decided to resume development. For the moment it is free. You can download it here: http://www.orvatsel.com/max/tictags.zip (current version 0.9 beta) Just copy the file to whereever you want and add it to the suitcase (under appload). To run the program type: TTG (Sorry for the low voice - It was recorded late at night)
