Officer Involved Shooting Leaves One Man Dead

On Thursday night, APD was called out to the Northeast Heights near Juan Tabo and Spain. Neighbors told police a man who had been drinking was walking around his house firing his gun in the air. APD says when the man finally came outside he walked toward the officers with a rifle in hand. The officers than opened fire and killed the man. His name has not been released.
