Get the deets of our next Wellness Triathlon by subscribing to my website! https://www.autumnellenutrition.com This weekend, we held our second FREE Wellness Triathlon! What's a wellness triathlon you may ask? Think all the fun parts of being part of a fitness community and spending your morning being active with likeminded people... without the grueling training that comes along with a typical triathlon. Andddd did I mention free Keto Coffee bar and Tote bags filled to the brim with our favorite wellness sponsors? Goodies like Outdoor Voices, Purity Coffee, Ancient Nutrition, Celtic Sea Salt, Perfect Bar, Wild Friends and MORE!! But the BEST part? Meeting new friends who all have similar interests (aka, not just head to the bars in order to "hang out"). In fact, I already have a weekend walk date with a new friend :) Checkout this short video for a recap on our second Wellness Triathlon!!
