20XX came out of Steam Early Access in August 2017 and is an excellent Mega Man clone for those not satisfied with Mighty Number 9. 
Pros:
Tight controls and excellent (yet very challenging) platforming
Love the artstyle
Tons of powerup variety makes each run unique
Great music
Unlike many rogue-lites, restarting a run is not a chore and is very fun

Cons:
Lack of level variety
Zero Story
