U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner is urging Congress to move quickly to approve the administration's plan to reform the country's financial regulations. Speaking before the Senate Banking Committee Thursday, Geithner said government regulators could have done more to prevent the economic crisis but lacked the tools to do so.
