Purchased a Multi-SCART/JAP21PIN RGB Lead that works of the following consoles:

SNES
GAMECUBE
SEGA SATURN
SEGA DREAMCAST
XBOX
PS1

The issue that it does not work.  On the Nintendo consoles NOTHING happens, not even a fart or a whisper.  However on the Sega Saturn and Dreamcast consoles it shows only a distorted RED or PINK picture.
