My mother is 71. She asked, in spiritual, physical and social areas, what sort of activity she should be engaged in at this stage. Gurumaa Ji :- Vanesh Nayak, why dont you send your mom to my meditation camp in December and then I will teach her. Because I can not teach all these things in one go.
