You have to kill General first in order for Yogg to spawn! Failed to mention that in the vid, but that's why I glide to his room and not simply down into Yoggs. If you do end up in Yoggs room/fall into one of Yoggs brain rooms, you will not be able to get out without hearthing/teleporting.
