Oct. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Paola Sapienza, a professor at Northwestern University, talks with Bloomberg's Mark Crumpton and Lori Rothman about the Chicago Booth/Kellogg School Financial Trust Index, which measures the level of trust Americans have in financial institutions, such as banks and the stock market.
