On Sunday August 28, 2016, at 9:15 am, an unknown black male enter a Rite Aid pharmacy located at 338 East Allegheny Avenue. While inside the store an employee observed the suspect conceal $151 worth of toothpaste then leave through the front entrance without paying for the items. When the employee confronted the suspect he pulled a box cutter from his pants pocket pointing it at the employee. When the employee stepped aside, the suspect fled the area and was last seen on C Street towards Clearfield Street. There were no injuries reported during this incident. Suspect Description: Black male, 5’8”-5’9”, 40 years-of-age, dark complected, wearing a yellow, red and green shirt, and green pants. If you see this suspect do not approach, contact 911 immediately.
