And get this...the referendum was held twice, starting in 2005! In fairness to the educrats however, the referenda were technically non-binding. By the way, I was a Keene resident and voter at the time of the 2005 vote, and I voted to sell the building and, separately, to give the money back to taxpayers. The majority of Keene residents voted the same.
