Zimbabwe: No Election Observers for Runoff

The Zimbabwe government announced Monday [May 12th] it will bar international observers from the presidential runoff election unless sanctions against the country are lifted. State media reports the government will not invite western countries because it considered them "players" in Zimbabwe politics.
