Combining a River Betty with the Jarrin Root I saved from the Dark Brotherhood mission, and using a 5 piece +29% alchemy set (Hands, Ring, Necklace, Circlet, Falmer Helmet) I was able to create a stupidly powerful poison. On master level difficulty, one can use this to one-shot any enemy in the game. Aside from the Falmer Helmet, this was 100% legit; no restoration glitch involved.
