The seed is "Season 1" and in this episode we start from nothing, gather some Pam's Harvestcraft food and some rubber wood and dive right into Tinker's Construct.

I explain the basics of what changes are made by Iguana Tinker Tweaks and go caving for those first few things we need to get started. I also demonstrate and discuss how the Spice of Life mod works. And right at the end I build both a Glider from OpenBlocks and a Production Table from Steve's Workshop.
