How to have fun - Spirit work, accessing your intuition, spirit guides and guardian angels is a fun and a light process. Nothing is more expansive and joyful than love and God or Spirit. Try not to get too earnest or self-conscious while doing spirit work because it causes a contraction of your energies. Open up, and allow joy and love to flow through you and around you, and you will find that your communications with your spirit guides and guardian angels becomes easier and more flowing, which allows for a deeper assimilation of their guidance.
