FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - A 911 call reveals a new details about a shooting in which a teenager is charged with attempted murder in Franklin Township.

Police and medics were called to a home on Wilson Farms Boulevard in Franklin Township Thursday morning.

The victim says he was sleeping when he heard a loud bang. Based on the 911 call, it appears he was very confused as to what had happened.

Dispatcher: I'm sending an ambulance and I'm also sending police. But again if we've got somebody out there shooting at people I need to worry about their safety as well as yours.

Caller: There's no guns involved here brother. I don't know what the hell happened. I just woke up and I'm bleeding out my shoulder.

Dispatcher: So maybe you weren't shot. Now you're telling me you weren't shot?

Caller: I don't know. It was a loud bang. It sounded like a gunshot.

He asks the teen, "What were you doing with the gun"?

The teen appeared before a judge Friday is being held in the Warren County Juvenile Detention Center.
